Charter Boat Daybreak

The Daybreak is Federally permitted and has a vessel fishing license that covers any passenger aboard.

The Daybreak was built by renowned Destin boat builders G&S Yachts to charter fish in our local waters, and it does that extremely well. The boat is 40′ long, 17′ wide and powered by two Cummins diesel engines.

It’s a no-nonsense fishing machine that has been meticulously maintained and recently upgraded with new electronics and tackle.

What makes the Daybreak unique is the catamaran style hull. This twin hull design allows the boat to be quick and responsive. It also makes for an incredibly stable fishing platform with less side to side motion than most v-hull vessels. The full cabin is air-conditioned, has plenty of seating, several bunks and a walk-in bathroom.

We offer a variety of fishing charters and departure times aboard the Daybreak to accommodate almost every situation.

4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 hour trips available

You will catch fish on all of these trips. However, the longer the trip, the more likely you are to catch good eating fish that we can keep.

What To Bring

All you need to bring is a small cooler with some snacks and drinks as well as a taste for adventure. Of course, sunscreen and a camera are always great ideas.

Captain Stan

Although Capt. Stan still owns and operates the charter boat Destination, he has always loved the unique design, style and history of the Daybreak. When the opportunity to purchase the vessel became a reality last Fall, he just couldn’t resist. The boat truly is one of a kind, and he believes it is the perfect addition to the Destination. He feels sure that you will agree!

First Mate

There will always be a professional mate aboard who will work hard to make sure you understand how to use the tackle, catch a lot of fish and do it all safely. Once we return to the dock, the mate will hang up your fish for a photo and then clean and bag them for you.

It is customary to tip the mate +15% if you feel like you have received knowledgeable, professional and friendly service.
